Privacy Policy
Forest Freaks Records is an independent record label based in Lithuania. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this site.
The short version: this site is static, sets no cookies of its own, and does not track you. Nothing that identifies you is loaded until you ask for it.
What we collect
Nothing, directly. There is no account system, no newsletter signup and no contact form on this site. If you email us, we have your email address and whatever you wrote — nothing more.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not identify you or follow you across other sites. We can see that a page was visited and roughly where from; we cannot see who visited it.
Music players
Album players on release pages are not loaded when the page opens. Each one shows a cover image and a button instead.
Pressing that button loads the player from Bandcamp. Bandcamp sets its own cookies, and the player in turn loads Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — so pressing it sends your IP address, browser details and the page you came from to both Bandcamp and Google.
Nothing on this site contacts either of them unless you press that button.

Purchases
We do not sell anything on this site. Nothing here takes payment, and no checkout runs on these pages.
Music is sold through Bandcamp. Preset packs and other digital products are sold through Payhip. Both are ordinary links — pressing one leaves this site. The Bandcamp player described above is the only thing either company loads into a page here, and only after you press play.
Once you follow a link, you are on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. Both set cookies and load code from other companies — Payhip's checkout involves Google, Facebook, PayPal, a captcha provider, Adobe Typekit and a code CDN. That is their page and their decision; we mention it so the choice to go there is an informed one.
We never see or store your payment details. After a purchase we can see the order in our seller account: what was bought, when, and the email address the download was sent to.

Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests to serve the site and may log them for security and operational purposes.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how it is processed, and object to processing. Because we hold almost nothing, in practice this usually means email correspondence.
